Observations from Toronto

Uncategorized

Deloitte knows how to dazzle & recruit. Very impressive. Great moral. Amazing leaders. Well organized. Well spoken employees. I think they get people to do the recruiting, that can smell talent and ooze interesting things. They also recognize values, the same values I have. *Crossing Fingers*

Successful people have curves & stay at the Royal York. Just, wow. Everybody who was killing time in the lobby, was reading. Or using their Curve. Also, in two hours, two random people approached me just to talk. (Proof leaders share information) I was busy, but enjoyed sharing information with them.

Actors’ moms are proud. I met Mrs. Turner, Kritopher Turner’s mom. He was the runner up for the lead roll in Jumper. She runs her own healthy food services business. Her business is growing. She told me Dasani’s Vitamin Water, is a scam. She also said I should invest in Organics, to buy an organic shirt because they are comfy, and that I didn’t look nervous [awaiting my life altering interview at Deloitte]. She was heading to Mexico, with a friend.

Concierge are helpful.  Is there a problem they can’t help you solve?

The guy bagging my groceries wants to buy a smartphone. He “just needs $50, and he’s buying a Pearl”.

Leaving during rush hour and during the middle of a heavy snow, sucks. A lot.

People walk faster in Toronto. They walk the same speed I do.

Marben has exquisitely delicious and utterly random vegetables.  They serve them with great chicken.
